I had the Bruschetta Ciabbatta and it was quite tasty. I think the smashed up tomatoes really added something, along with the cheese.

Oh my goodness… I love this sandwich! Ok, I cheated and had regular mayo on it though. Low fat mayo probably sux. I can’t remember if it had onions.
But, I think the chicken is so soft and the bread is good… reminds me of Scholotzsky’s bread..well, kinda. I was surprised at the size.. it looks really tiny on the tv. The only down side for me.. was that the chicken slides around a bit so it can get messy. But, seriously it’s worth a try if you like grilled chicken breast on bread that’s different.

My favorite sandwich ever was a turkey club on ciabatta bread from a deli at the mall in Birmingham, Alabama. Alas, my internship ended and I was never again to eat the beautiful ciabatta.

And yet, a Jack in the Box version? No thanks.
