Oh Lawd…now that’s funny. But, it wasn’t all that funny at my house after I discovered Fiber One bars!!! They tasted great, were only 2 points on my WW plan…but egads!!! My intestines are still ticked off at me.

I loved your article Marvo! I was having a crappy Monday and this has definately improved my day, hilarious! Why are those GNC canisters so HUGE, I’ve always wondered that myself. Is it a man thing? I liked the Special K drink by the way but it did leave a funny aftertaste. I had strawberry, and yes us independent women do fart anywhere anyplace anytime. It’s hard holding them in but what’s funny is if there is a man around we never get blamed for it.

You should read things before you knock them.

This post is not a review; it’s a news item. I didn’t voice my opinion about the product itself, just the thought that it reminds me of those protein shake mixes from GNC.

Things that might make you fart to look for in the ingredient list (I looked for it online but couldn’t find it): (1) sugar alcohols (sorbitol, malitol, things that end in “itol”, very nasty)or (2) inulin (not as nasty but this kind of added fiber does make some people pass particularly smelly farts. :(
