Have had the Deluxe and the Bacon (not a mushroom fan), both times while on the road and McDs was the easiest spot to pull into, thought both burgers fell in the C+/B- range- not bad, but disappointing. Had to wipe off about 70% of the giant glob of mayo on the Deluxe, which is a pain in the ass when you’re driving. Found both burgers pretty dry, not all that tasty, nothing offensive, nothing noteworthy. Basically, would have been just as happy w/ a 1/4 pounder. In the future, when stuck w/ McDs as the only convenient stop on the road, will just stick w/ the double cheeseburgers, small fries, and decent chipotle snack wraps to hold me over.

i only got this because you guys said it was good now i hate you all. I was on my way home drunk getting ready to buy a delicious 6 dollar teriyaki burger the best fast food burger ever and i remembered you guys said the angus burgers at McDonald’s were good it sucked burn in hell i hate you guys so much

@@#%@##$: Hello. No, you’re not the only one who noticed. I noticed too. And I am appalled by the way me and my staff have had to resort to profanity to try to get a laugh. Although, I don’t think we’re using profanity to get laugh. We’re using profanity to make our points a little more succinct, much like you’re using it in your comment. When I say, “so what the fuck have they been doing for the past decade”, I’m using the word fuck to make my point a little bit more stronger and to let the reader know that I might be a little upset, because “so what have they been doing for the past decade” just doesn’t have that punch I’m looking for.

Also, if you wanted to make your comment a little more insulting, I would’ve said, “Did you run out of shitty ‘humor’ and had to resort to fucking swearing?” Note how I put quotes around the word humor. I think that would’ve made it a lot better, and I might’ve cried if you did that.

Maybe I’m the only one to notice but……Why the fuck all the fucking swearing all of the fucking sudden. Did you run out of shitty humor and had to resort to fucking swearing? Anyways thats all I got. Ricky, you can’t seriously be expounding the virtues of Burger King fries, especially in comparision to McDonald’s…BK fries are without a doubt the WORST fast food fries out there- no flavor, weird grainy texture, and only BARELY tolerable if you actually see the worker pull them out of the fryer and dump them fresh into your bag and then dump tons of salt on them…YUCK! Really? No, really. I must know what it is you like about these sticks of what I’m not even sure are actual potatoes. I am dumbfounded…

I actually liked the bacon and cheese burger, but Mcdonalds doesn’t even hold a candle to Burger King’s fries and of course, burgers.

But honestly, I would get this again cause it was pretty cheap and you get a slight imbalance of quantity and quality. But somehow, quantity always wins.

These things have been in the NY Metro area (and that’s generous, as I’ve found them in Poughkeepsie, NY and CT) for about 2 years now. Don’t like them. The patties are dry and the bacon is the usual terrible McD’s bacon. Their bacon has nothing on Wendy’s and BK’s. It’s paper thin and nearly tasteless.

angry bob agrees with Neil the Hammer. angry bob likes salt, which is both tasty and good for rubbing into wounds. angry bob also needs to maintain a minimum blood pressure to make he doesn’t lose any angry. However, even angry bob has his limits and the Deluxe was pretty close to that limit.
