@Chuck: I think the best feature is that it doesn't need batteries, but I think because it doesn't, it sucks my iPod battery down a little faster. I haven't checked that, but that's my hunch. @amanda: I believe my future kid would destroy these within 15 minutes, because when I was young I destroyed everything. The destruction gene can be passed down to the next generation, right? @wibia: Even more fun, black light condoms. @Chris: Actually, a lot of Terracycle's upcycled products tend to be a little pricer than non-eco-friendly versions of the product. I guess it's all about the environment and the Benjamins. @Review Spew: I stole the desk.

How about that desk in the picture. It looks like it was recycled from a 50′s bomb shelter.

First off I love the fact they are made from m&m wrappers because I am a huge m&m fan. These speakers would be great for a kid or to use these in a place where you don’t care if your speakers get messed (example: the beach) because they are small and “portable”.

It’s a cool idea, but the audio quality is pretty meh. Nice that they are (theoretically) portable also. I’m actually surprised The Shack sells something that cool looking.
