The food combos are all so familiar..though it seems like everything is individually packaged..weird, we normally had friendly lunch ladies serving it directly onto our trays. Though you didn't do it here, most cooking blogs say "Japanese panko breadcrumbs". This is essentially saying, "Japanese bread crumbs bread crumbs." I never understand why they don't simply say "Japanese bread crumbs", or, as you did, simply say "panko" (like people simply say "sushi"). Oh, wait, I do understand why they have to put the word "panko" in there. It makes them sound pretentious. ;-) Chocolate stuffed with bread crumbs sounds gross.
