SPOTTED ON SHELVES – Go N’Syde Mariah Carey’s Butterfly

Go N'Syde Mariah Carey Butterfly

“A melodic beverage inspired by the magic of Mariah Carey.” But will Mariah Carey drink it to clear her throat before singing? (Spotted by Jamie at Walgreens.)

  1. when I first saw it, I thought it was showergel. look at the bottle!

there was also a blue one, but I was too scared my phone would go n’syde … so I only took a photo of the pink one.

  2. Found it at was greens in casa grande arizona. Bought this and the tea. They both are tasty and delicious.

  3. Am I the only pervert who thought of something completely different from that title?

  4. It says “scan here to go n’syde” but there’s no QR code there. I don’t get it.

    1. I think there’s supposed to be an iOS and Android app that goes with it. We’ll probably have to use that app to ‘scan’.

      1. @Ghast That’s correct. The iOS and Android apps are now available. They’re pretty slick augmented reality apps that animate items around your screen as you have your camera focused on the bottle.

    2. @Keri it’s the next evolution of a QR code which uses the shape/color/feature of the bottle to generate the augmented reality features.

  5. i recently found the Butterfly and 40/40 at Walgreen’s and I am absolutely hooked! makes me think of strawberry pina colada…it’s the best new drink since Crystal Pepsi!

      1. I’ve heard they’re $1.99 each, but when I got mine, they were on sale, 2 for $3. Prices may vary…

    1. No, these don’t have any alcohol in them. The full ingredients list on Butterfly is as follows:

Filtered Water, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citric_acid], Malic Acid [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malic_acid], Sodium Benzoate (Preservative) [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_benzoate], Potassium Sorbate (Preservative) [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potassium_sorbate], Sucralose [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sucralose], Red 40, Blue 1.

Additionally, I’ve included Wikipedia links pertaining to ingredients you may want to read about.

  6. I read the product title about 10 times and my mind kept subliminally reading “A Melodramatic Beverage.”

  7. I really enjoy both drinks. They are suppose to be removing them from the shelves at Walgreens, I do not know why. They were on sale for $.99 now they are $.75 a bottle. I am in Louisiana, are they only be discontinued here?
