  1. The five new ingredients remind me of the stuff that came on those awful Domino’s Artisan Pizzas. The sauce choice is a nice addition though. Last time I wanted to order a white sauce pizza there, over a year ago, they said I needed to start by ordering their one white sauce specialty pizza with no toppings, and would be charged for each additional topping. The equivalent red sauce pizza would have been half as much.

I love a good BBQ pizza, but I have a much better local option with Jet’s deep dish BBQ chicken.

On a semi-related note, did you see Papa Murphy’s was testing out “Gourmet Toppings?” Spicy Fennel Sausage and Angus Steak.

      1. I know it’s a chain. Locally, it’s an option, as it is for many other locations. It’s just not national, in the same way that Jack in the Box isn’t national, and a local option for some. I’m not saying it’s exclusive to my specific location. You’re just assuming a narrower definition than I intended.

  2. This is exciting. I can’t wait to try the new pizza’s. I just hope they don’t suck. I used to be a huge Pizza Hut lover, but lately I’ve been liking Domino’s more. I’m really happy about their addition of spinach to the topping list since that’s one of my favorite toppings.

    1. But the spinach will wilt due to the steam in the box if you didn’t open it for 10-15 minutes. Unless you consume the pizza right away.

      1. How would the spinach not be wilted regardless ? I guess I don’t understand that they’re saying the spinach will be “crisp” ..I’ve had spinach on pizza a million times and it’s not crisp…are they going to fry them and make it like kale chips ? doesn’t make any sense

  3. Why not they expand the personal crust options. If I wanted the pretzel crust I wonder I could ask them to sprinkle the salt on the personal crust or have to order the large size?

  4. All of this crap won’t make up for the fact that Pizza Hut is still terrible with making pizza that tastes like actual pizza.

And I speak from experience here. I used to skip the pizzas and go for the p’zones. That was until all of the Pizza Huts around here closed up shop. What a pity. The local pizzerias have the better product.
