FAST FOOD NEWS: Subway Turkey Italiano Melt

Subway Turkey Italiano Melt

Subway has a new melt.

By the way, have you noticed Subway has been calling most, if not all, their new sandwiches, Melts? Monterey Chicken Melt. Fritos Chicken Enchilada Melt. Honey Sesame Melt. Sriracha Chicken Melt. Tuscan Chicken Florentine Melt. I guess “Melt” sounds more appetizing than “Sub” or “Sandwich.”

Anyhow, Subway’s new melt is the Turkey Italiano Melt. It features turkey breast, genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone, and a new Subway Vinaigrette. Grub Grade has a review.

A six-inch with 9-grain bread has 510 calories, 25 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 50 milligrams of cholesterol, 1490 milligrams of sodium, 48 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, 9 grams of sugar, and 24 grams of protein.

If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

  1. Marvo,

Yahoo news reported that the instagram user whom posted the cotton candy oreos has been deleted. Nasbico said it was leaked and supposed to be a top secret. But they did confirm that the cotton candy flavor will be released but they are not telling when.

  2. Surprisingly bland. I’m nuts for pepperoni but I wouldn’t recommend this. The new vinaigrette is nice when you can actually taste it.
