  1. the salt and calories r evenly matched!!!! good job and i havent been to jacks in ages.. i will prob go this last few hot days!! but im not a mushroom head… its important that plp notice theses things so they dont waste their time on a meal thats so bad for you.. no pun there

    1. The typical button mushrooms are the same as Portobellos. They are called Portobellos when they are fully bloomed.

  2. This is honestly the best burger I’ve ever eaten and my family thinks so also! I hope they never take this burger off the menu. It has such a wonderful flavor. The bun is so tasty and buttery, the meat buttery, the swiss cheese is real swiss and not processed, the mushrooms taste like they have been simmering in red wine..they are sooo good we order extra. Caramelized onions are good on it also. Love this burger and I feel the price is worth it!

  3. Being hungry helps and although I don’t usually eat “fast food” this burger was outstanding! The roll was a little sweet but didn’t overwhelm the flavor. The beef patty smothered in juicy onions, complimented with thick, juicy portobello mushrooms wrapped with melted swiss chese and ultimately bathed in wonderful sauce created for me an eating experience I totally enjoyed, it was delicious beyond my expectations. Since franchises vary, I don’t expect all to replcate my experience. Pity, mine was “mouth bending”

  4. This is the text I tried to send to Corporate:

“This “Portobello Mushroom” hamburger promotion? Come on, anybody can Google an image of an actual Portobello mushroom. In the on-going advert, the mushrooms shown are obviously cheap white mushrooms…In some sort of “sauce”? (Onions added, to mask mushroom flavor…)…”

    NO resonse.
