SPOTTED ON SHELVES – 8/27/2015

Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.

Brach's Fruit Cremes Candy Corn

Fruit cremes don’t seem so…I dunno. Fall-ish? (Spotted by Carla at Walgreens.)

Brach's Apple Mix Candy Corn

I’m surprised there are only three apple-flavored candy corn varieties. If I was 1990’s Marvo, I would be surprised by an apple-flavored candy corn period. (Spotted by Jacob at Walmart.)

Brach's Sea Salt Chocolate Candy Corn

If you’re thinking, “Hey! What about sea salt caramel candy corn, Brach’s?” Well, with all the new candy corn products Brach’s puts out in a year, I’m pretty sure we’ll see it in 2016. (Spotted by Margaret at Target.)

Brach's Mini Candy Corn

Wait a minute…candy corn is already mini. So shouldn’t this be Minier Candy Corn? (Spotted by Joshua at Walgreens.)

      1. Wow Joe cool, thanks for taking me down a few notches with your 3rd grade insult, my day is now ruined because someone on a junk food blog doesn’t like my comment. i’m devastated

  1. The fruit flavored candy corn is great for people that love the Fall season but do not like traditional candy corn. They feel disappointed they can just enjoy the look of it in the candy dish. This is a great workaround for that. I know Matt from DinosaurDracula.com will enjoy those.

  2. Dunno about the mini candy corn- that might make it more difficult to eat in the proper way: first the little white tip, then the orange middle, then finally the yellow base.

  3. The sea salt chocolate candy corn is soooo yummy. Just bought a bag at target and think I may just have to go back for more!!
