  1. When is the put-kale-in-everything craze going to die down? A tiny bit goes a long way…. Spinach and Brussels sprouts and parsley and broccoli and cauliflower I like. Mature kale- not so much. Haven’t really run into a frozen entree yet that it made taste good.
