    1. I’m not sure if you know this but the lipid hypothesis has been disproved.

  1. So if I get one of these, then by the time breakfast is over, I’ve already exceeded the recommended daily intake of sodium and the recommended daily intake of cholesterol. No thank you.

  2. Usually not too impressed with BK’s breakfast choices but this impulse try proved to be an exception. Is this burrito off the charts on some nutritional scales? Yes…don’t make this your breakfast staple. However, it is flavorful, hearty, and protein-packed while being less than 4 bucks in my market. I’m a lot more likely to nutritionally splurge at breakfast than go out for pizza or a burger (or 1000 calorie “healthy salad”) later on the day, so from that perspective this breaky item can hold it’s own if you balance your diet by the day or week bigger picture. Just make sure you don’t leave your water bottle behind, it be daaaang salty. ?

  3. I’m probably going to try one of these at the end of my day so I don’t sweat butter and die of a heart-attack enjoying the things that I normally enjoy. That would mean putting it aside for a long while. It’s probably going to have those mushy synthetic eggs and dry sausages too. Along with soggy bacon, but . . . well there is no buts. I’ll see you guys in another life.

  4. SALT CAN KILL!! INVITATION FOR CARDIAC ARREST. RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: 1200-1500 MG/DAY. NOT HEALTHY, BUT DEADLY.

  7. I was having one of these burritos here and there. Always wondering their nutritional value. I like to think am pretty healthyand I do work our on a daily basis 6xweek. I like to think the protein, carbs, and calories I can do. Just not all the trans fat or sodium. I am definitely staying away from these evil burritos.

  8. I work out 6x a week too so I’m not worried about the nutrition content that much. I will burn it off. Those who are posting “I will pass” or “no thanks” have obviously not read the article where it asked to post if you’ve tried it. I have and think it’s delicious.

  9. I like the egg-normus burrito. I ask that it be cut in half – I eat half for breakfast and half for lunch supplementing with a piece or two of fruit. Half fills me up & keeps me satisfied.

  10. This is very good taste wise…I only had a small portion, I will eat for the next two mornings…I divided into thirds. This can only be a now and then, not an everyday or once a week.
    drink plenty of water after…:-)
