FAST FOOD NEWS: Arby’s Venison Sandwich

Arby s Venison Sandwich

For a very limited time, at very few participating locations in popular hunting markets, Arby’s will be offering a venison sandwich.

It’ll feature a thick-cut venison steak, crispy onions, and a juniper berry sauce on a toasted specialty roll. The venison is marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then cooked for three hours. The juniper berry sauce is a Cabernet steak sauce infused with juniper berries.

Starting in early November, the Venison Sandwich will be offered at 17 Arby’s location in the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Georgia. Restaurant locations and dates available are:

  1. Sounds like a good idea theoretically, and I wish I was near one of these locations, but that giant slab of meat looks like it would be super tough. Why not thin slices like all of their other sandwiches??

    1. Yes! And it would be really great if it actually looks like this. They usually do not.

    2. Apparently it’s 5.5 oz and cooked sous vide, so it’s tender. That’s what I’ve read.

  2. I wish I’d have known sooner! I’m in New Jersey, but would have gladly driven to Pennsylvania just to try it.
