  1. I tried the Lightly Sweet Chai Tea today. Never again. It had a strong artificial taste and made my tongue feel weird. Love the original chai tea and will stick with it!

  2. Lightly sweet is an understatement! How about “Barely Sweet”? Tried this when my SB was of of regular chai tea. Not close enough in sweetness to be similar to regular. Used two packets of their “Whole Earth” sweetener, and that made it drinkable. Do I like sweetness too much? Maybe, but this is a non-repeat. Oprah chai is a better Plan B, although not as good as regular chai. Not sure they have that anymore.

  3. I liked the slightly sweet chai latte because the amount of sugar in the original one caused me to order it less. I couldn’t justify that many grams of sugar in one 16 oz drink, so thanks for the alternative!

  4. Was worried about artificial sweeteners in this one, but the barista assured me that there were none. I got it iced and find it refreshing, definitely going to be good on hot summer days

  5. I like this beverage 6 out of 10 times. I really wanted to like it, I have been worried about all the extra sugar in my diet. I think they may have missed something in training their barista’s. The lack of consistency is making me a little crazy……I may go back to the regular for that reason alone.

  6. Love the slightly sweet chai tea latte. It is creamy and smooth without being overly sweet or spicy. I have only tried it over ice, but it it quite refreshing! Will definitely be making this one a favorite.

  7. Love the slightly sweet chai. Now I can have one and not feel so guilty but yet enjoy the taste. Thanks Starbucks

  8. This is delicious. I order a nonfat venti ice with 9 pumps of chai (3 extra) and no cane syrup. Love the control over sweetness that this option gives us.

I really wish I could buy this concentrate for use at home.

  9. I really enjoy the White Iced tea. I have it lightly sweetened or sweetened at just 45 calories. It is low in calories. It is sweet, refreshing and satisfies my sweet tooth without me feeling too deprived. I love Carmel Frapaccinos but the calories are way too high to have more than once a month. I hope they don’t stop making the white tea. It is my new summer favorite that I can have everyday.

  10. I like the lightly sweetened chai with no cane sugar. Does anyone know how much sugar/carbs is in a venti without the cane sugar?

  11. I like it iced but I tried a warm one today and it wasn’t as tasty. It also cost more? Does anyone know why? They charged me .60 more for it? Less sugar means more money?
