Here are a few product reviews posted this week from other blogs we like.

The UK has an ice cream that tastes like the innards of a Cadbury Creme Egg. Well, it looks like the UK now has two foods that sound totally unappealing to me, that ice cream and haggis. (via Foodstuff Finds)

The new Robin Hood movie has no merry men. But I hope Russell Crowe is, at least, wearing green tights and a feather in his hat. (via Pajiba)

I didn’t know there were pens specifically made for writing on envelopes. I wonder if they’ll make a pen specifically made for writing on the faces of passed out drunk people at a party. (via Office Supply Geek)

Dear American Ice Cream Companies: Make me an ice cream sandwich that look like this and I promise I will gain 20 pounds because of you. (via Japanese Snack Reviews)

Twix re-released their Java and Triple Chocolate varieties. That’s great. But whose Twix do I have stroke in order to get the Cookies & Cream Twix to come back? (via Sugar Pressure)

  1. I think that lady who wants to weigh 1000 lbs. would get priority over your puny 20 lb. gain. 😉

    Thanks for the link!

  2. @Orchid64: Not if we have to race to see who gets priority.

@Mark D: Thanks and no problem.

@Gigi: I frickin’ know! I’d be satisfied if they were just a limited edition product so that I can buy up all the stores and stick them in the freezer.

  3. Alana – 😮 Marmite is yum!!! Cheese and Marmite toastie = heaven. Starbucks here in the UK have it as one of their standard toasties!

Marvo – thank you for the link! 🙂
The Cookies n Cream Kit Kat are still made in Australia – do you have an importer that stocks it? I picked one up from CyberCandy for £1.82. Yummy, but WAY over priced for a Kit Kat! Kit Kat Chunky are usually 3 for £1 in regular stores.

  4. @Alana: Oh yeah, Marmite. I guess when I tried Vegemite a few years ago, the horror of it made me forget about all condiments that end with -mite.

@Cinabar: I don’t have an importer, but I do have several readers in Australia. However, I figure they would probably melt by the time they got here if they were mailed from Down Under.

  5. I right clicked on the image to find out what that thing was. Haggis?!?!? Ewwwww!
