WEEK IN REVIEWS – 2/23/2013

Here are a few product reviews posted this week from other blogs we follow.

Europe has Paprika Pringles. I wonder what other flavors they have that use items I usually find in my spice/herb rack. Cumin? Salamander skin? Bat wings? Newt eyes? Yes, I’m a witch. (via Brand Eating)

Freezer Burns is back! Well, sort of…I’m not sold on the new format, but it looks prettier. (via Freezer Burns)

“Why is this not filled with pigs blood? I have avenged the stealing of our eggs, so I wish to taste the blood of the those who have anguished me!” said the Angry Bird. (via Grocery Gems)

I can totally relate to this product. There have been many times when I wish a club was sausage-less. (via What’s Good at Trader Joe’s)

I know low-calorie/no-calorie Pepsi flavors better than the back of my hand. And that because I can’t see all of the back of hand because of all the hair. (via Soda Tasting)

  1. Thanks so much for featuring Soda Tasting again. I really appreciate it. It’s funny you mention that. Starting with this one, I decided to stop guessing which was which because I didn’t really think that was the point of a blind tasting. I decided it was to find the best flavor, not to guess the brand and associate that with the best flavor.

But after I did it, my 14 year old brother told me that it was less fun. Heh. 🙂 So, I’m open to going back to what I used to do…

Aside, what’s your favorite low/no calorie Pepsi?

    Thanks again,

  2. Paprika potato chips are no joke! I used to live in Germany and ate them ALL the time. They’re so good! They’re like bbq flavor but not as spicy, a tad sweeter and more pleasant. I wish we had them here.
