SPOTTED ON MENUS – Taco Bell Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast

Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast

Since it appears Taco Bell now has another exclusive Mountain Dew flavor, can we please buy Mountain Dew Baja Blast in cans and bottles. (Spotted by Aaron in Tigard, Oregon.)

  1. Strangely enough Baja Blast was the perfect compliment to the Grilled burritos. So I have (partial) hope for this.

  2. Hope they are going with the OJ version and not the tomato version

    Orange Juice Version:
1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
    1/2 oz grenadine
3 dashes hot sauce or 1/4 tsp chile powder
slice of jalapeno pepper for garnish (optional)

    Preparation:
    Tomato Version:

1 oz tomato or clamato juice
    3-5 drops Tabasco sauce
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
slice of jalapeno for garnish (optional)

  3. Obviously some one screwed the pooch on this one and they meant Sangria, sans the ‘t’, which is a vastly different animal.

  4. We have Sangrita Blast here in Michigan. Popwar is right it is Baja Blast with cherry and I think it’s delicious. unfortunately it’s a test flavor and it’s not the only one. At the end of January Taco Bell and Pepsi are going to see which test flavor sold the most and keep it on Taco Bell’s menu permanently. So all you Dew fanatics like myself we have a duty, if we buy enough Sangrita Blast it stays.

You got your wish…. it’s now available in cans and bottles…. at least here in the Midwest it is.
