FAST FOOD NEWS: Little Caesars Bacon Wrapped Crust DEEP! DEEP! Dish Pizza

Little Caesar s Bacon Wrapped Deep Dish Pizza

Bacon in pizza crust. Done. Bacon on the crust? Done, thanks to Little Caesars.

The new Little Caesars Bacon Wrapped Crust DEEP! DEEP! Dish Pizza is an 8-corner, Detroit-style deep dish pizza wrapped in whole strips of thick-cut bacon, and then topped with pepperoni and more pieces of bacon. According to the press release, 3 1/2 feet of bacon is wrapped around the crust.

The Bacon Wrapped Crust DEEP! DEEP! Dish Pizza will be available for a limited time from February 23 to late April for $12. It’ll replace Little Caesars’ Soft Pretzel Crust Pizza on the menu.

If you try it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

  1. I think they should just put a whole roast pig on top of that. Maybe a tomato in its mouth instead of an apple.

  2. Little Caesar’s is the worst national pizza chain by far. Even if the bacon was good (and I have a sneaking suspicion it’s going to be cheap ass bacon at best), the rest of it tastes like cardboard anyway.

    Waste of bacon.

  3. I tried it tonight. I should have taken a picture of it, forgive me.
It was as described. I was shocked that the bacon was quite lean, causing it to very nicely crisp up. Somewhat disturbing that it all stayed attached to the crust, but it did. My particular pizza had almost twice as much cheese as normal, I do not know if that is typical, but I appreciated it. It was cooked well done, which was refreshing.
One negative aspect (besides the impending coronary), was how greasy it was compared to their normal pizza. All in all, I would get it again. My 14 and 15 year old were also fans.
