The Impulsive Buy

SPOTTED ON SHELVES – 7/23/2015

Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.

Charm City Cakes Duff Goldman The Special Edition Series Cherry Bomb Fridge Cake Mix

Charm City Cakes Duff Goldman Tiger Stripes Premium Cookie Mix

Duff Goldman’s line of mixes is getting to be as vast as Entenemann’s line of products. So I created a Flickr album to keep track. (Spotted by Marc C at Target.)

Ghirardelli Milk & Sea Salt Brownie Squares

Last month, we covered Ghirardelli’s Brownie Bars, which are inspired by their brownie mixes. These are great if you don’t want to open one of those big bars and if you want to play Ghirardelli Square Jenga. (Spotted by Marvo at Target.)

Chobani Simply 100 Mango Passion Fruit Greek Yogurt

Another new Chobani yogurt. Can you feel my excitement through your screen? Don’t feel anything? Yup, that’s my level of excitement. (Spotted by Chris at Walmart.)

Birds Eye Steamfresh Frozen Pasta & Peas with Parmesan Cheese Sauce and Cars Pasta & Broccoli with a Cheese Sauce

Aha-ha-ha! Frozen frozen food. (Spotted by Carla at Walmart.)

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Cashew Bears, Truffles, and Fudge Bites

Kellogg’s Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cereal isn’t very good. But dumping one of these treats into the cereal would make it taste much better. (Spotted by Carli at Target.)
