  1. Butterfinger Baking Bits look like they would be nice on ice cream.

    I wonder if any of the other major grocery stores will get the Peanut Butter & Co. powdered peanut butters? The Vanilla flavor seems intriguing.

    1. I’ve started to see Jif powdered peanut butter at my local store, in small bags. At least I think it’s Jif. One of the mainstream big peanut butter companies. I’ve heard it’s good in yoghurt. I imagine you could try it in ice cream also. Or anything. I toss peanuts into casseroles etc., so plain peanut butter powder would work also. Dieters have recommended it, I think they add water to make a spread? It’s defatted, I think. Or lower fat.
