SPOTTED ON SHELVES – 7/25/2016

Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.

Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies Treats with Milk Chocolate M&M's
Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies Treats with Milk Chocolate M&M’s

Is it possible to make M&M’s Treats? They’re like Rice Krispies Treats, but the Rice Krispies are replaced with M&M’s. (Spotted by Daniel N at Weiss.)

Russell Stover Crunchy Caramel Bark

Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark! My dogs just said they won’t eat these. (Spotted by Rachel C at Smith’s.)

Annie’s Homegrown Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix

I’d probably ruin the organic-ness of these by drowning them in non-organic, store brand pancake syrup. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Target.)

Nature’s Path Envirokidz Granola Bites (Mixed Berries and Apple Cinnamon)

I imagine there are parents out there who will have to answer the following questions from their kids after they see these on the shelf: “Mommy, are these made with baby lions?” or “Daddy, are these made with baby rhinos?” (Spotted by Elizabeth L at Target.)

Bruschette Maretti Italian Style Gourmet Bites

Google tells me Canada got these last year and we’re getting them this year. (Spotted by Rachel C at Harmons Grocery.)

Kind Healthy Grains Protein Dark Chocolate Whole Grain Clusters

I-I-I just want to get a White Out pen and write “of” after “Kind.” (Spotted by Rachel C at Target.)

Stride Melopeach Gum Charged with Crunch Reactors

Why not Pealon? Oh wait, never mind. It sounds like “pee on.” (Spotted by Carla at Target.)
