SPOTTED ON SHELVES: Lay’s Kettle Cooked Garden Tomato & Asiago Potato Chips

Lay's Kettle Cooked Garden Tomato & Asiago Potato Chips

Yup. Garden tomato & asiago is a fitting flavor for Lay’s Kettle Cooked. The chip gets all the “classy” flavors, like sharp cheddar, aged cheddar & black pepper, cream cheese & chive, and olive oil & herbs. (Spotted by Carla at Walmart.)

  1. Yea I guess it’s too bad for folks that prefer chips that are easier to chew or crunch instead of these hard ones that get all the different gourmet flavors to try! Lol

  2. My teeth (or lack of some lol) cannot handle kettle chips. I wish they made some of these flavors in normal chips. I hate kettle!

PS – Pringles should open a retail store and offer flavors you can’t get anywhere else. They should have a custom flavor Pringles making machine. Allows you to select a flavor and it seals the container right there.

  3. I am eating some of these right now. I don’t usually like kettle chips, but this is a good flavor. I don’t really taste the tomato or the Asiago. I taste a spice and some garlic and a few herbs. It’s a very hard flavor to describe. The chips are kind of salty. I like it, but if you want a strong Asiago flavor you won’t get it here.

I also have the Southwest Queso flavor in the non-kettle chips, and I might try the Beer n’ Brats, I think they are called.
