Jack in the Box has added a new line of products to the late night Munchies menu. Munchie Mash-Ups feature a bed of hash browns and white cheese sauce topped with three different groups of ingredients.

Jack’d Jalapeno Hash – crispy hash browns, white cheese sauce, jalapeños, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. (670 calories, 52 grams of fat, 12 grams of saturated fat, 45 milligrams of cholesterol, 1440 milligrams of sodium, 38 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of protein.)

Wakey Bakey Hash – eggs, bacon, pepper jack cheese, hash browns, and white cheese sauce. (790 calories, 63 grams of fat, 17 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 285 milligrams of cholesterol, 1400 milligrams of sodium, 38 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, and 19 grams of protein.)

H’angry Chicken Hash – chicken nuggets, Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, ranch sauce on hash browns and white cheese sauce. (850 calories, 65 grams of fat, 12 grams of saturated fat, 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 2090 milligrams of sodium, 51 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fiber, and 17 grams of protein.)

The Munchie Mash-Ups are available for $3 at participating locations and $4 at restaurants in Hawaii and Guam. While Munchie menu items are marketed towards the late night crown, these are available all-day.

Jack in the Box Birthday Cake Shake

If you want to wash down any of those with a new creamy dessert, Jack has got you covered with his Birthday Cake Shake. It’s made with real ice cream, birthday cake syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

A regular size has 860 calories, 44 grams of fat, 33 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 85 milligrams of cholesterol, 240 milligrams of sodium, 109 grams of carbohydrates, 94 grams of sugar, and 11 grams of protein.

  2. Just tried Wakey Bakey and it was delicious! Tried half w/catsup & half w/o, both very, very good. A fried egg @ 6 in the evening? What’s not to like? Until one finishes off and sees the pool of grease left behind. And JITB isn’t hiding that it’s sat fat. Looks like once a year for me. Dang.

I have been hooked on the Wakey Bakey and I request to add jalapeños to it, also I ask for their fresh salsa they give out with the meaty breakfast burrito, and all that adds a good kick to it, love that white cheese sauce mixed with everything…..only concern is that I think it is too fatty, I am 40+ years old so I worry about that, but you youngsters dont have to worry about that. The Wakey Bakey is delicious!
