FAST FOOD NEWS: Jack in the Box Ribeye Burgers

Jack in the Box Ribeye Burger

Back in 2008, Jack in the Box offered burgers made with sirloin. While sirloin is no longer an option, the fast food chain now has beef patties made from a cut of meat that’s farther away from a cow’s butt.

Jack’s Ribeye Burgers with 100 percent premium ribeye beef are available in two varieties — All-American and Havarti & Grilled Onion.

The All-American version is topped with provolone cheese, spring mix, red onions, tomato, and mayonnaise on an artisan potato bun. It has 640 calories, 41 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 90 milligrams of cholesterol, 850 milligrams of sodium, 38 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, 32 grams of protein.

The Havarti & Grilled Onion one comes with havarti cheese, grilled onions, tomato, mayonnaise, and a red wine glaze on an artisan potato bun. It has 670 calories, 42 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 95 milligrams of cholesterol, 870 milligrams of sodium, 42 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 9 grams of saturated fat, and 32 grams of protein.

Jack in the Box’s Ribeye Burgers are available for a limited time.

  1. Just look at their site and they have two new (limited time) items. Breakfast Pockets and a Pumpkin Spice Shake which is topped with gingersnap cookie crumble. Gotta try all the new items!

  2. Just tried the new havarti & grilled onions Ribeye burger. The patty itself was above average, although a bit on the dry side, but I saw no red wine glaze sauce to speak of, and the grilled onions were basically non-existent! If I do choose to order this again, I definitely will order with EXTRA sauce & onions, just to see what i’m missing out on!

  3. Meh, at least it taste better than the normal patties that suck..no red wine sauce that I saw either. The restaurant in Eugene,OR. First of all is ran horribly during after hours. Somehow their shake machine is ALWAYS DOWN. Which spoiled the whole meal before I even finished ordering. Now I love a good Hamburger however the ?All~ American Rib~eye Id give it a 6 out of 10 rating. Their regular patties Id personally have to say are disgusting coming in at a 2 out of 10 rating. My tip is to get extra sauce and go during regurlar hours. Happy Eating -Casey R.

  4. I just had the wine glaze one and it’s actually pretty yummy. Plenty of onions though not as cooked down as I would have preferred and the wine glaze was tasty though it did make a bit of a mess. I’d have it again.

  5. just tried the All American..really liked it..bun was tasty and soft, beef tasted like steak. would definitely order it again.
