FAST FOOD NEWS: Jack in the Box Breakfast Pockets

Jack in the Box Breakfast Pockets

Jack in the Box’s new Breakfast Pockets remind me of Taco Bell’s Breakfast Crunchwrap, but without the hash brown patty. Why isn’t there a hash brown patty? After all, Jack in the Box has put one in a burger, a chicken sandwich, a burrito, and a mini fast food trough.

The hash brown-less Breakfast Pockets come with a freshly cracked egg, two cheeses, and your choice of sausage or ham in a grilled flour tortilla.

The Sausage & Egg Breakfast Pocket has 600 calories, 35 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 275 milligrams of cholesterol, 1040 milligrams of sodium, 46 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 23 grams of protein.

The Ham & Egg Breakfast Pocket has 450 calories, 20 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 250 milligrams of cholesterol, 960 milligrams of sodium, 42 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of protein.
