  1. I want to be horrified but then I remember I ran to Starbucks when they released their fruitcake frappuccino and found myself falling in love with it…. I don’t know…. It’s either going to be really good or really bad, nothing in between.

  2. I’m probably one of the few people who actually really likes fruitcake. Maybe I can get away with eating these in public without feeling embarrassed!

  3. These look like their regular bulk nougats, just packaged for Christmas. I used to love these, but haven’t been able to find them recently. I’ll have to check out Walgreens when I’m out today.

    1. Okay, following up my own post. I picked these up today. They are not like the regular nougats. These have a spice -flavored nougat, with the same type of “fruit bits” that are in the regular ones. They actually taste pretty good, but you have to like that faux spice flavor.

  4. I was super-excited, and made my brother get me a bag. I was hoping for gels like the regular(old?) nougats, but the bits were not solid where you could eat the nougat and have the bits leftover. I think I had a raisin (I did, according to the ingredients), maybe a pecan or walnut shred would be nice.

It was a bit like eating a plastic fruit cake. Fruit cakey, but definitely fake.
