  1. Yeah, Arby’s Lenten season has been getting longer and longer it seems. It now apparently starts last year.

  2. I tried the fish sandwich — was looking forward to it because Captain D’s had a ‘Nashville Hot’ meal that I liked a year or so ago. This, however, didn’t do it for me. Whatever dusting of spice they used added heat but no flavor. In fact, it was hot enough that it detracted from the flavor. I actually didn’t finish it, and I can’t remember the last time that happened!

  3. I had the Nashville Hot fish tonight & wasn’t crazy about it. I was so thrilled that Arby’s brought back the fish because 1) now I can eat there (I’m a vege-pescetarian, so I can’t really eat a whole meal until the fish is brought back) & 2) I love Arby’s fish. But this wasn’t as good as the fish is in its pristine form. Now, mind you, I have a small cold right now & so my taste buds are already not quite on par, but I do have to agree that the spice added too much heat and muddled the flavor of the fish. The pickles were a nice touch but I could not taste the Parmesan Peppercorn sauce. Subpar first impression aside, I’ll stick with the regular sandwich from now on.
