Baskin-Robbins offers dozens of ice cream cakes and it’s adding two more with the introduction of its Ice Cream Cookie Cakes.
There are two customizable varieties available — Celebration and Fudge Brownie ‘n Oreo. Although they’re called “cookie cakes,” I consider them to be more like Stuffed Crust Polar Pizzas.
The Celebration Cookie Cake features your choice of ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookie crusts and decorated with colorful streamers and confetti. Baskin-Robbins’ Fudge Brownie ‘n Oreo Cookie Cake is made up of your choice of ice cream in between two double fudge brownies that are topped with Oreo cookies.
Baskin-Robbins’ Ice Cream Cookie Cakes serve 12-16 and are available at participating locations.
