I grabbed one of the gluten-free pie crusts when I was at TJ’s without noticing that it was gluten-free, and after I turned it into a chocolate pie, if I hadn’t known it was GF I never would have guessed. It was the same as any pre-made frozen pie crust I’ve bought (a little too dense to have much flake, but adequate to hold pie filling, and just enough flavor for you to know it’s there) and I’d totally use it even for people who don’t need to avoid gluten.

    1. Yeah, you totally lost me there since gluten free is more expensive. I’ll stick with the cheaper products.
