The ice cream cake, which should not be confused with the one Friendly’s puts out, features chocolate ice cream with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and a layer of Reese’s peanut butter, whipped icing, and chocolate drizzle. My wife is a huge Reese’s fan and picked one up. It’s a good ice cream cake, especially at the price ($16.99). Not as good as Cold Stone ice cream cakes, however those are $35+ in my area. It’s a little smaller than expected. Plan for 6-8 fairly normal sized slices for ice cream fans. I’m sure you could stretch further, but not too much.
Kind of did miss not having any real “cake” layer in this. Even a thin bottom or sandwiched middle cake layer would have been a nice texture difference.
They do a good job maximizing the packaging to make it look bigger. It’s actually packed very well on a cardboard slide that has cutouts in the box that it fits into.
