erhm.. I believe that says “new” … as in they hadn’t offered a tofu burger before, and now they do. 🙂

it says “new”. Tofurky has never had a burger replacement before, so it is a new product for them to carry.
They put “plant based” on all of their products to avoid people getting confused.
