What are net carbs? According to the Atkins website, it’s the total number of carbohydrates minus the fiber. A small DiGiorno pepperoni pizza has 42 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, so it has 40 grams of net carbs. But to be honest, the photos on the packaging don’t make them look appetizing.
