Arby’s has added a limited time offering to the chain’s Sliders lineup. The Buffalo Chicken Slider is made up of a crispy chicken tender dipped in spicy buffalo sauce and topped with a parmesan peppercorn ranch sauce on a mini bun.
One slider has 290 calories, 13 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 20 milligrams of cholesterol, 860 milligrams of sodium, 31 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 12 grams of protein.

Dunkin’ Donuts is hoping to keep your body cool and your sweet tooth happy this summer with the coffee chain’s new candy bar iced coffee flavors — Almond Joy and Heath.
The Almond Joy Iced Coffee combines milk chocolate, almond and coconut flavors, while the Heath Iced Coffee mixes milk chocolate and English toffee flavors. Both are also available hot and in lattes or macchiatos for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ Donuts locations nationwide.
A small Heath Bar Iced Coffee without any sweetener or dairy has 100 calories, 0 grams of fat, 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 35 milligrams of sodium, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 20 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.
