So please do not email us to ask where you can find a product, to complain about a product, or why it’s not on shelves anymore. We can’t help you with that. If we could, we would, but we can’t, so we won’t. Also, we’d probably charge you an unreasonable hourly fee for it.<\/li>\n

  2. We get A LOT of email. Believe it or not, despite what you read above, we get a number of email asking us where they can find a product or to complain about a product. So we are lousy at responding to email. With each email the older ones go deeper into an abyss that they may never come out of.
