{"id":10779,"date":"2011-12-08T01:26:32","date_gmt":"2011-12-08T11:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theimpulsivebuy.com\/wordpress\/?p=10779"},"modified":"2023-02-13T17:33:38","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T03:33:38","slug":"news-taco-bell-to-debut-upgraded-tacos-next-year-as-part-their-chefs-signature-menu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theimpulsivebuy.com\/wordpress\/2011\/12\/08\/news-taco-bell-to-debut-upgraded-tacos-next-year-as-part-their-chefs-signature-menu\/","title":{"rendered":"NEWS: Taco Bell To Debut Upgraded Tacos Next Year As Part Of Their Chef&#8217;s Signature Menu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nrn.com\/article\/taco-bell-looks-future-new-taco-breakfast?page=0,0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">According to Nation&#8217;s Restaurant News<\/a>, Taco Bell has big plans for 2012.<\/p>\n<p>I was hoping they would bring back the Yo Quiero Taco Bell Chihuahua, but instead they&#8217;re finally doing the national roll out of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theimpulsivebuy.com\/wordpress\/2011\/04\/08\/news-taco-bells-doritos-locos-taco-sounds-like-the-work-of-creative-stoners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doritos Locos Taco<\/a>, offering breakfast at locations in the West, and introducing a lineup of upgraded tacos and other menu items called Chef&#8217;s Signature.<\/p>\n<p>To help develop the Chef&#8217;s Signature line, Taco Bell brought in Miami-based chef Lorena Garcia as a consultant, who doesn&#8217;t have a show on the Food Network, so I don&#8217;t know who she is. Garcia also helped the chain improve many of its ingredients, like marinades and seasonings. The Taco Bell Chef&#8217;s Signature lineup will debut sometime next year.<\/p>\n<p>As for breakfast, Taco Bell plans to roll out its morning menu to 800 locations in the West early next year.
