Some of you might be thinking, “Hey, that’s not very healthy for something with fruit!” And you would be correct. If you’d like a slightly healthier Wendy’s Frosty Parfait with fruit, might I suggest the caramel apple one, which has 340 calories, 8 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, and 20% vitamin C.<\/p>\n
