Ding Dongs are a chocolate cake with a vanilla cream filling, a thin chocolatey exterior, and a name that’s fun to say out loud. The Hostess Ding Dong Ice Cream Sandwich features a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between a Ding Dong that’s been split in half. <\/p>\n
The dessert has 290 calories 15 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 190 milligrams of sodium, 35 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 25 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
