Impulsive Buy reader Rob took this photo at a Costco food court in San Diego. After doing a quick Google search, it appears some Costco locations have been offering a bowl of beef chili with beans, bell peppers, and onions since May 2015. I’m posting this photo because I want to know if this has rolled out nationwide or if they’re just testing it.<\/p>\n
