A small has 760 calories, 30 grams of fat, 21 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 430 milligrams of sodium, 111 grams of carbohydrates, 85 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard<\/b> – Cheesecake pieces and graham blended with vanilla soft serve and then filled with a strawberry center. A small a 750 calories, 33 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 380 milligrams of sodium, 99 grams of carbohydrates, 78 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
Royal Rocky Road Brownie Blizzard<\/b> – Vanilla soft serve blended with brownies, peanuts, and cocoa fudge. It’s then filled with a marshmallow center. A small serving has 820 calories, 35 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 420 milligrams of sodium, 114 grams of carbohydrates, 87 grams of sugar, and 19 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
