Papa John’s newest pizza is doing a little cross promotion with the new Ghostbusters<\/i> movie, although there’s nothing Ghostbuster-y about it. The XL Dual Layer Pepperoni Pizza features 10 slices of the chain’s hand-tossed dough covered in pizza sauce, cheese, Italian herb seasonings, a layer of premium pepperoni, and a layer of deli-style pepperoni. <\/p>\n
Sorry, no Slimer green cheese or pepperoni shaped like the Ghostbusters’ logo. But it’ll be delivered in a Ghostbusters-themed pizza box.<\/p>\n
The pizza is available for $12 at participating locations until July 24 or while supplies last. <\/p>\n
A slice from the extra large pizza has 380 calories, 17 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 40 milligrams of cholesterol, 980 milligrams of sodium, 40 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 5 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
