The Mac Jr has just one of those beef patties that’s in the Grand Mac, a slice of American cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and special sauce on the same sesame seed bun as the Big Mac.<\/p>\n
The Mac Jr has 460 calories, 27 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 70 milligrams of cholesterol, 830 milligrams of sodium, 36 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 21 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
The Grand Mac has 860 calories, 52 grams of fat, 18 grams of saturated fat, 2 grams of trans fat, 140 milligrams of cholesterol, 1470 milligrams of sodium, 62 grams of carbohydrates, 13 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fiber, 41 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
And to compare, here are the nutrition facts for the original Big Mac has 540 calories, 28 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 80 milligrams of cholesterol, 950 milligrams of sodium, 46 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 25 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
