It’s time to work on your tan, worry about bugs, and for Wendy’s to come out with a summer salad featuring fruit. This year it’s offering a new salad — the Strawberry Mango Chicken Salad.<\/p>\n
It features mangoes, fresh-cut strawberries, lettuce, crumbled feta cheese, sunflower seeds, all-white meat grilled chicken, and Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Honey Citrus Vinaigrette.<\/p>\n
The salad has a suggested price of $6.59 for a full-size and $4.59 for a half-size and is available at participating locations until Labor Day.<\/p>\n
A half-size serving has 270 calories, 110 calories from fat, 12 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 50 milligrams of cholesterol, 580 milligrams of sodium, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 21 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
