The Mount Italy features a dozen ingredients. There are three meats — Genoa salami, pit smoked ham, and Italian pork loin (porchetta) that’s been smoked for eight hours. There are four vegetables — banana peppers, lettuce, red onions, and tomatoes. Then there are three condiments — Italian seasoning, red wine vinaigrette, and a roasted garlic aioli. There’s also smoked provolone cheese and a star cut bun. <\/p>\n
It has 950 calories, 63 grams of fat, 23 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 175 milligrams of cholesterol, 3560 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, 11 grams of sugar, 2 grams of fiber, and 52 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
