Last year, Panda Express rolled out its Five Flavor Shrimp. This year, the chain has the new 8 Treasure Chicken Breast. And, in 2019, I look forward to Panda Express continuing its number naming trend with the Four Meat Feast that features chicken, beef, pork, and fish.<\/p>\n

So what are the eight treasures in this latest entree?<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. All-white meat chicken<\/li>\n
  2. Diced Chinese pork sausage<\/li>\n
  3. Red bell peppers<\/li>\n
  4. Green bell peppers<\/li>\n
  5. Celery<\/li>\n
  6. Chinese black beans<\/li>\n
  7. Whole dry chili peppers<\/li>\n
  8. A rich, spicy, and savory sauce<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The 8 Treasure Chicken Breast is also “Wok Smart,” which means it has less than 300 calories and at least eight grams of protein.<\/p>\n

    A 6-ounce serving has 230 calories, 12 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 65 milligrams of cholesterol, 930 milligrams of sodium, 11 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 7 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
