The Frosted version hs 180 calories, 2 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 5 milligrams of cholesterol, 105 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, 42 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
A medium un-Frosted one has 130 calories, 0.5 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 55 milligrams of sodium, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 34 grams of sugar, and 1 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
