Apple Walnut Chicken Salad is the name my lazy ass would’ve given it if I were in charge of Wendy’s marketing because it’s so similar to Wendy’s Apple Pecan Chicken Salad and I don’t want to spend too much time coming up with names. Sure, customers might be confused and buy the wrong salad, but we’d stil be selling salads.<\/p>\n
The Harvest Chicken Salad features red and green apples, grilled chicken, brown sugar walnuts, dried cranberries, feta cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon, and an apple cider vinaigrette on a bed of fresh-cut lettuce.<\/p>\n
FYI, the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad has red and green apples, grilled chicken, roasted pecans, dried cranberries, blue cheese, and a pomegranate vinaigrette on lettuce.<\/p>\n
A full size serving of the new salad has 570 calories, 23 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 115 milligrams of cholesterol, 1300 milligrams of sodium, 47 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, 37 grams of sugar, and 42 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
