It’s made fresh daily with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, grape tomatoes, a three-cheese Italian blend (Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano), crunchy Parmesan crisps, and Wendy’s creamy Marzetti Simply Dressed Caesar Dressing.<\/p>\n
The Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad is available in a full-size option for $6.79 and a half-size for $4.79.<\/p>\n
A full-size serving has 560 calories, 34 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 180 milligrams of cholesterol, 1330 milligrams of sodium, 14 grams of carbohydrates, 6 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 51 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
