They’re made with 100% all-white meat chicken and a crunchy breading that has, according to Jack in the Box, an irresistible kick. It also comes with your choice of dipping sauce.<\/p>\n
They’re available a la carte in 2-, 3-, and 5-piece orders, but Jack is offering a special combo that comes with three pieces, a small fries, and a small drink for $4.99.<\/p>\n
A 3-piece order has 450 calories, 20 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 4.5 grams of trans fat (seriously?), 70 milligrams of cholesterol, 1970 milligrams of sodium, 39 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 30 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
