It has 250 calories, 14 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 200 milligrams of cholesterol, 650 milligrams of sodium, 18 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 4 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
