It has 530 calories, 19 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 50 milligrams of cholesterol, 1260 milligrams of sodium, 64 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 13 grams of sugar, and 26 grams of protein.<\/p>\n The Spicy BBQ Glazed Tenders are breaded all white meat chicken strips hand-tossed in a smoky barbecue sauce.
